• Smart Swim 2 PRO includes everything in Smart Swim 2, plus an ultra-durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 lens for greater scratch resistance and fog-free clarity.

The main difference is the kind of swimming experience each model is built for.

All three share the same augmented-reality display, real-time metrics, 14-hour battery, and two-year warranty. From there, LT keeps things simple without heart rate, Smart Swim 2 adds an integrated heart rate monitor, and PRO adds the most durable lens for swimmers who are in the water often.

LT or Smart Swim 2. If you mainly want pace, distance, and time in your line of sight to swim with purpose and stay motivated, LT covers the essentials in the simplest way. If you think you'll want to train by heart rate as you progress, start with Smart Swim 2 so you won't outgrow it.

Smart Swim 2 or PRO. Both give you in-goggle heart rate and pair with your Garmin or Apple Watch for GPS pace and distance in open water. Choose PRO if you train often or race in open water, where the most durable lens and fog-free clarity matter most.

Heart rate is the one feature that separates LT from the other two models. If you train by effort or zones, do interval sets, or care about intensity and calories, Smart Swim 2 or PRO is the way to go. If clear pace and distance feedback is all you're after, LT is a great fit.

PRO is for swimmers who want the most durable goggle. It includes everything in Smart Swim 2, plus an ultra-durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 lens for greater scratch resistance and fog-free clarity. If you swim frequently or travel with your goggles often, PRO is built to keep up. If you swim a few times a week, Smart Swim 2 has everything you need.

During your swim, you can view 8 real-time metrics directly in your goggles: pace, distance, time, stroke rate, stroke count, distance per stroke (DPS), split times, and calories burned. You can customize which metrics appear through the FORM App.

Smart Swim 2 and PRO add live heart rate; LT shows everything except heart rate.

FORM goggles work on their own, and Premium is optional. When you activate your goggles, you'll be prompted to start a free Premium trial, which you can cancel any time in the FORM App. That said, the goggles and Premium are designed to work together as the FORM Swim System, with the goggles guiding you in the water and Premium adding more structure, coaching, and insight over time.

Premium is the deeper layer of the FORM Swim System. It adds HeadCoach™ technique feedback, 1,500+ guided workouts, and personalized training plans for swimmers who want more support before, during, and after every swim. Every model comes with 5 interchangeable nose bridges and a fully adjustable strap for a comfortable, leak-free fit. All three share the same UPF 50+ lenses and weigh within a few grams of each other, so fit and comfort won't change with your choice. Only heart rate, lens material, and fog protection do.

The display floats out in front of you, so you don't need to focus on the metrics to read them, and most swimmers don't need vision correction to use the goggles. If your prescription is stronger than -2, you may find the display harder to see, though users up to -3 have reported it still works for them.
