I’m on my first few training drills and I can already see an improvement in my swimming. It can be hard to find coaching and to assess what aspects of your technique need improvement, so Head Coach is very helpful in creating workouts that improve shortfalls in technique. It can be hard to see where things are going when you’re doing the drills, but once you’re finished and get back to regular swimming, something shifts into place and your swim becomes more fluid and graceful. Having technique tutorials in the app is super helpful in building a mental image of what your training will look like.

Those who don't use them can't understand how much of a difference they make: seeing times, heart rate, and distances in real time changes swimming. You can focus solely on swimming, and you can always see the important training data.

Phenomenal product, I’ve been using FORM goggles for my triathlon training for years and could not see myself using any other product. Super data driven assistance with lap by lap correction recommendations. If your a technical swimmer and want to improve without the heavy costs tied to swim coaching than FORM swim goggles are for you!

Loved them great ,trainning tool ,been swimming for 40 years didnt realise how much was in correct with my stroke ,
A bit hard around the eye ,but overall very good ..

Love that they are so easy to get started with and use.I've only read a few paragraphs to get started and decided to put them on and try.I'm sure it's even better to go through their instructions but I just wanted to get started so put them on,had limited time so ignored their prompts and they intuitively followed my lead and recorded what I was doing and provided easy guidance and helpful stroke feedback with less than 10 min of swim. The follow up syncing was seemless.I'm a NON-techy and was afraid I was wasting my money but they are awesome!

I am very impressed with the function.

I really enjoy them. I especially like the workouts tailored to my technique issues. They are more comfortable than I expected, too.

The googles are great. I was afraid about the anti-fog concept as my experiences were that even anti-fog solutions didn't help on worn out googles that had lost their anti-fog. But it works perfectly! So, now I have replaced my old Form Swim googles with new ones, have a clear visibility and have restarted with a renewed enthusiasm.

I paid the extra for the different lenses. Its a huge amount extra but it is the better option and will hopefully prove the better long term solution avoiding the mould that appeared on the pro and pro 2 models i have previously owned. Trying to decipher the acronyms mid swim is just hard work some are obvious but others confuse im hoping i will get the hang of tyem at some point. I wish on the workouts you could just set a desired distance and the system build a workout around that. 1400m is annoying when you want to swim 1600m ( i know im pedantic) the other thing im getting used to is starting a workout. I appreciate that ill get used to the format but when im scrolling through the start menu why cant it just say START or SWIM. I have gone past and into pause and it’s annoying in a busy pool when you have to stop and go back. Its still a great product and my swims are improving i expect i will understand the system and they will become part of my everyday swim.

These are my second pair and a very nice upgrade from the originals I've had for years. SO NICE to be able to touch and apply anti-fog! They are so clear and should last a long time. My original pair came with outstanding, generous customer service that I shouldn't need this time!

Have to wear the goggles properly. However, duringdives, water will leak into the goggles
